Shipping Information

We ship physical products within the United States with simple, transparent shipping rules and a clear delivery timeline.


1) Shipping Fee (Flat Rate)

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $8.55 per order

  • The shipping fee is shown at checkout before you complete payment.


2) Sales Tax (0% / Tax Notice)

  • Sales Tax Charged at Checkout: 0%

  • Important: A “0% tax” checkout does not change any customer obligations that may exist under state laws. If any tax reporting is required in your area, it remains the customer’s responsibility.


3) Order Processing Time (Preparation Time)

We prepare orders before handing them to the carrier.

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Business days: Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)

What happens during processing:

  • Order verification

  • Packing & quality check

  • Label creation and carrier handoff


4) Shipping Time (Transit Time)

Once your order is shipped, estimated delivery time is:

  • Transit Time: 3–6 business days (U.S. domestic)

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather, and carrier volume (especially around holidays), but we keep our standard promise below.


5) Daily Cutoff Time

  • Order Cutoff: 12:00 PM (noon) Pacific Time

  • Orders placed before the cutoff (on business days) usually begin processing the same business day.

  • Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day.


6) Total Delivery Time (Guaranteed Range)

Total delivery time = Processing (1–2 business days) + Transit (3–6 business days)

  • Total Estimated Delivery: 4–8 business days

  • This keeps the total delivery time within 8 business days under normal conditions.


7) Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order ships.

  • The email includes tracking information (when available from the carrier).


8) Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order.

If an order is delayed or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • You may be responsible for reshipping fees.

  • Delivery timelines may reset once the package is re-sent.


9) Carrier Delays (Outside Our Control)

Carriers may occasionally experience delays due to:

  • Weather or natural events

  • Holiday surges

  • Regional service disruptions

We’ll still help you track and resolve issues, but we cannot guarantee carrier performance once the package is in transit.
