Payment Policy

We aim to keep payments simple, secure, and transparent. We currently accept two payment methods:

1) PayPal

You can pay via PayPal using:

  • Your PayPal balance

  • A debit/credit card linked to PayPal

  • A bank account (if supported by PayPal in your region)

Notes:

  • You may be redirected to PayPal to log in and confirm your payment.

  • PayPal may apply its own security checks depending on your account and transaction.

2) Stripe (Credit/Debit Card)

We accept card payments processed by Stripe, including major card networks (availability depends on your country and card issuer), such as:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • American Express (if supported)

  • Other card types supported by Stripe at checkout

Notes:

  • Card details are processed securely by Stripe.

  • We do not store your full card information on our website.


Currency & Charges

  • Prices are charged in the currency shown at checkout (commonly USD, depending on your store settings).

  • Your total may include: product price + shipping fees + any applicable fees shown at checkout.

  • Your bank/card issuer may charge foreign exchange or international transaction fees. These are charged by your provider, not by us.


Payment Confirmation

After a successful payment:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email

  • Your order will move into processing (or an equivalent order status)

If you do not receive the email, please check:

  • Spam/Junk folders

  • Whether the email address entered is correct

  • Then contact us for help


Failed or Declined Payments

Payments may fail for reasons such as:

  • Incorrect card details

  • Insufficient funds/credit limit

  • Bank-issued security blocks

  • PayPal/Stripe security verification

In these cases:

  • Your order may not be created, or may be automatically canceled if payment is not completed.

  • You can retry using the other method (PayPal ↔ Stripe).


Fraud Prevention & Security Checks

To protect customers and our store, we may:

  • Place an order on hold for verification if we detect unusual activity

  • Cancel and refund (if already charged) in cases of suspected fraud


Refunds

If your order qualifies for a refund under our Return & Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are issued back to the original payment method

  • Timing depends on PayPal/Stripe and your bank (often a few business days)
