1) Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Notice)

  6. Signature
    Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is acceptable as an electronic signature).

2) What Happens After We Receive a DMCA Notice

After we receive a complete notice:

  • We will review the claim.

  • We may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.

  • We may notify the party responsible for the content (if applicable).

If your notice is incomplete, we may request additional information before taking action.

3) Counter-Notification (If You Believe the Claim Is Wrong)

If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to [email protected] including:

  1. Your name, address, phone number, and email

  2. Identification of the content removed and where it appeared before removal

  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification

  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court in your location (or where we are located), and that you will accept service of process from the complaining party

  5. Your physical or electronic signature

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action within the time period required by law.

4) Repeat Infringers

If we determine that a user is a repeat infringer, we may suspend or terminate access to the Site or services, at our discretion. People love testing boundaries. We love removing accounts.

5) Important Notes

  • Submitting false or misleading information in a DMCA notice or counter-notice may have legal consequences.
