Returns & Refunds Policy
We want returns to be straightforward, not a side quest. This policy explains when you can return items, how refunds work, and what fees may apply.
1) Return Window (Clear Dates)
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier tracking.

Return shipping deadline: Item must be shipped back within 7 days after your return is approved
2) Eligible Returns (What Can Be Returned)
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unused and in original condition

In original packaging (when applicable)

Include any accessories, parts, and inserts that came with the item
We reserve the right to refuse returns that arrive damaged due to poor packaging, missing parts, or signs of use not caused by shipping.
3) Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:

Items marked Final Sale (if labeled at purchase)

Items that are used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Items returned outside the return window

Gift cards (if you ever add them)

4) Fees (Yes, There Are Fees)
Because shipping and handling isn’t free magic:
A) Return Shipping Fee

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item) or an item arrived defective/damaged.
B) Restocking Fee

A 10% restocking fee may apply to returns for “change of mind” reasons (ex: ordered the wrong item, no longer needed).

No restocking fee if the return is due to:

Wrong item shipped by us

Item arrived defective/damaged (validated)

C) Original Shipping Fee

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived defective/damaged.
5) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within:

We may offer a replacement or a full refund

We will cover return shipping if a return is required
6) How Refunds Work
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal or Stripe)

Refund processing time after approval: 3–5 business days

Your bank/payment provider may take additional time to post the refund
Refund amount typically includes:

Product price (minus applicable restocking fee, if any)
Refund typically does NOT include:

Original shipping fee (unless it’s our fault)

Return shipping fee (unless it’s our fault)
7) Exchanges
We don’t guarantee direct exchanges (inventory changes fast).
Best method:

Return the item (if eligible)

Place a new order for the correct item
If you want an exchange anyway, contact us and we’ll tell you what’s possible based on stock.
8) Return Request Steps
To start a return:

Pack the item securely and ship it back within 7 days of approval
